FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
Faulty goods must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods must be notified to us within 1 day. To be eligable for a refund, goods must be returned within 14 days.
The goods should be well packed in their original packaging, using clear tape and marked only with the address label provided.
Once agreed all goods are to be returned and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge
CHANGED YOUR MIND/GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR
Cancellation Rights
you have the right to cancel standard orders for any reason within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods.Goods that are supplied as special order cannot be cancelled.
If you change your mind
about the products or order goods in error you can return it to us subject to a
25% re-stocking fee. However this does not apply where goods ordered are
"Special Order" or not from our own stocks.
It is your responsibility
to ensure that returned items reach us in good condition. We do NOT accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out carrier insurance. If the goods do not arrive back at our warehouse in a re-saleable condition Dotcom Bathrooms reserve the right to refuse a refund.
